5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund for any payment already made.

6. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order is considered accepted by Ajra only when we confirm or process the order for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Delivery limitations
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment method or process.

7. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers (including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Netbanking) available on our website.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected by the customer:

• A ₹50 additional COD charge will be applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• The ₹50 COD charge is strictly non-refundable, including in cases where the customer requests a return and refund.
• In case of an eligible refund, the ₹50 COD charge will not be included in the refunded amount.

Ajra does not store complete payment-card or banking credentials on its own systems. Payment information is processed securely by the relevant payment service provider under bank-grade encryption.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated on our website or during checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Natural events
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Other circumstances beyond Ajra's reasonable control

Ajra is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges or arrangements may apply where an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Ajra's Return & Refund Policy.

Products must meet the applicable eligibility conditions specified in that policy, including:

• Safety Tag Requirement: For returns or exchanges requested due to aesthetic or personal reasons, such as design preference, size/fit issues, change of mind, or personal styling preferences, the product must be returned with its original safety tag intact and attached.
• Returns or exchanges for aesthetic/personal reasons will not be accepted if the safety tag has been removed, damaged, or tampered with.
• In case of a genuine quality or manufacturing-related issue, the product may be eligible for a return or exchange even if the safety tag has been removed.
• Quality-related claims may be subject to verification by Ajra before a return, replacement, or exchange is approved.
• Ajra reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above conditions.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Ajra within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, order details, or other reasonable evidence to assess the issue.

If the issue is determined to be attributable to Ajra, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policy and law.
