1. Shipping Costs & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We believe fine jewellery should arrive at your doorstep effortlessly:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, Netbanking): We provide 100% Free Shipping on all prepaid domestic orders across India covering over 19,000 PIN codes.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD service is available on eligible PIN codes.
- A ₹50 additional COD charge will be applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- The ₹50 COD charge is strictly non-refundable, including in cases where the customer requests a return and refund.
- In case of an eligible refund, the ₹50 COD charge will not be included in the refunded amount.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Because our rings are handcrafted and individually finished in small batches in Mumbai, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays).
Once your piece has passed final quality check and is handed over to our courier, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and WhatsApp alert containing your Delhivery tracking number (AWB).
