1. Shipping Costs & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We believe fine jewellery should arrive at your doorstep effortlessly:
- 100% Free Shipping: We provide Free Nationwide Shipping on all domestic orders across India covering over 19,000 PIN codes.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across eligible PIN codes with ₹0 handling charges. You pay only the product total in cash or UPI when the courier delivers your parcel.
There are no hidden shipping fees, COD handling fees, or fuel surcharges at checkout. All orders enjoy complimentary doorstep delivery.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Because our rings are handcrafted and individually finished in small batches in Mumbai, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays).
Once your piece has passed final quality check and is handed over to our courier, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and WhatsApp alert containing your Delhivery tracking number (AWB).
