Our pieces are handcrafted from a proprietary durable base alloy finished in a rich, warm gold tone. All pieces are completely nickel-free, lead-free, and hypoallergenic, making them safe and comfortable for sensitive skin.

Ajra rings are designed for everyday wear and resist moisture from handwashing. To preserve the brilliant high-polish finish over many years, we recommend removing your rings before prolonged swimming, hot tubs, or applying perfumes and harsh lotions.

Every single piece is designed, cast, and hand-finished in small, intentional batches right in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We use standardized Indian sizing: XS (sizes 7–9, ~15mm diameter), S (sizes 10–12, ~16.5mm), M (sizes 13–15, ~17.5mm), and L (sizes 16–18, ~18.5mm). You can also click 'Size Guide' on any product page for a full mm diameter chart.

We offer a complimentary 5-Day Free Size Exchange! If your ring is too snug or loose, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange doorstep reverse pickup and deliver your new size free of charge, provided the original safety tag is intact.

We always recommend sizing up. A slightly looser fit is much more comfortable throughout the day as finger sizes naturally fluctuate with temperature.

For returns or exchanges requested due to aesthetic or personal reasons, such as design preference, size/fit issues, change of mind, or personal styling preferences, the product must be returned with its original safety tag intact and attached. Returns or exchanges for aesthetic/personal reasons will not be accepted if the safety tag has been removed, damaged, or tampered with.

In case of a genuine quality or manufacturing-related issue, the product may be eligible for a return or exchange even if the safety tag has been removed. Quality-related claims are subject to verification by the Ajra Quality Atelier before an exchange or replacement is approved.

Yes. To uphold the craft, hygiene, and authenticity standards of our jewellery, Ajra reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with our policy conditions.

Yes, COD is available across eligible pin codes. A ₹50 additional COD charge is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders. Please note that the ₹50 COD charge is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including in cases where the customer requests an approved return and refund. In case of an eligible refund, the ₹50 COD charge will not be included in the refunded amount.

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our Mumbai atelier. Deliveries to Mumbai take 1–2 days; Metro cities take 2–4 business days; and the rest of India takes 4–6 business days via Delhivery Express.

As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with your Delhivery AWB number. You can also track your order live at any time on ajra.shop/track.

We accept all Indian UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Netbanking via Razorpay's encrypted gateway, and Cash on Delivery (COD with a non-refundable ₹50 handling charge).

Yes, you can cancel your order for a 100% refund before it is dispatched from our atelier (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Once an order has been dispatched with the courier, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.
